Sparkify Partner Program — Terms and Conditions

In short: joining is free. You earn a fixed Rs 3,000 for each verified, non-refunded sale of the Rs 17,500 Sparkify Space package made by a business that signed up through your referral link. Clicks and free sign-ups alone don't earn anything, and there is no guaranteed income.

1. Who runs the program

The Sparkify Partner Program ("the Program") is run by MediaDesignExpert FZE, the provider of Sparkify ("Sparkify", "we", "us"). By applying, you ("Partner") agree to these terms and to Sparkify's general Terms and Privacy Policy.

2. Applying and approval

Anyone 18 or older with an active social media presence may apply. Applying is free.
Every application is reviewed by hand. We may approve or decline any application at our discretion, without having to give a reason.
You must give true, current information. You may hold only one partner account.
Your referral link is issued only after approval. A link does not work before approval or while your account is suspended.

3. Referral tracking

A referral counts when a business owner opens your referral link and then creates a new Sparkify account on the same phone or browser within 60 days.
The referral is fixed when the account is created and is not changed later. If a business already has a Sparkify account, or signed up through another partner's link first, it is not your referral.
Our records decide whether a referral and sale are attributed to you.

4. Commission

You earn a fixed commission of Rs 3,000 for each qualifying sale: a purchase of the Rs 17,500 Sparkify Space package by a business you referred, where the payment has been received and verified by Sparkify.
At most one commission is paid per referred business for this package.
No commission is earned for clicks, sign-ups, free trials, or for sales that are refunded, reversed, disputed or cancelled. A commission recorded for such a sale is reversed. If it was already paid, we may deduct it from future commissions.
Self-referrals (buying for your own business or a business you own or control) and sales obtained through misleading claims do not qualify.
Each commission is first recorded as pending and becomes payable only after our team approves it.
We may change the commission amount or qualifying packages for future sales with notice on this page. Changes never reduce a commission already approved.

5. Payment

Approved commissions are paid by bank transfer, JazzCash, Easypaisa or another method we agree with you. We confirm the payout schedule when you are approved.
You are responsible for any taxes on your earnings.
Payouts are never automatic. We may hold a payment while we check a sale for refunds or fraud.

6. How you may promote Sparkify

Do: share your link in posts, Reels, Stories, videos, bios and WhatsApp, and describe Sparkify honestly.
Don't: promise income, results or features Sparkify doesn't have; spam people; pretend to be Sparkify staff or the official Sparkify account; or run paid ads that bid on or use the "Sparkify" name or logo as your own.
Clearly tell your audience when a post is a paid or affiliate promotion, as each platform requires.

7. Suspension and ending

We may suspend or end your participation at any time, for example for breaking these terms, fraud, or misleading promotion. While suspended, your link does not attribute new sign-ups and new sales do not earn commission. Approved commissions earned honestly before ending will still be paid. You may leave the Program at any time by messaging us.

8. No guarantee

The Program does not guarantee any income. You take part as an independent promoter, not as an employee or agent of Sparkify.

9. Your data

We use the details you submit (name, email, WhatsApp, city and social profiles) only to review your application, run the Program and contact you about it. See our Privacy Policy.
